August 2024Totul ok, exact ca în descriere. Apartament mare și frumos, amplasat la parter, dotat cu tot ce este necesar, peste strada este un supermarket, unde găsești tot ce ai nevoie la preturi acceptabile, plaja aproape. Am petrecut o săptămână liniștită, speram sa revenim. Mulțumim gazdelor pentru promptitudine!

July 2024Besonders positiv war die schnelle Antwortzeit, wenn ich eine Frage stellte. Ich war vor drei Jahren schon einmal in der Apartmentanlage bei einem anderen Gastgeber und habe diese Unterkunft wegen ihrer besonderen Lage und Erreichbarkeit gewählt. Das Apartment in diesem Sommer hat mir bei weitem besser gefallen und ich würde bestimmt wieder bei Desi&Sunny buchen.

July 2023Very helpful host. Place is lovely, we really enjoyed the peace and in the same time the proximity to the beach. The area is not that developed in terms of having restaurants and bars close to you but there is a few beach-type of places for food and small food store. However, Varna is not far and there is bus transport and taxis. Overall, we enjoy our stay there.

July 2023We recently had the pleasure of staying at Nikola's apartment in Kabakum beach, Varna, and it was an absolute delight! The location couldn't have been better, with the beach just a short walk away. The apartment's accessibility and proximity to the beach made our stay incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. The living areas provided ample room for relaxation and quality time together. Nikola proved to be a gracious host, always available to assist us with any inquiries. Overall, our experience was remarkable, and we highly recommend Nikola's apartment for a perfect coastal retreat in Varna. August 2023Świetne miejsce, polecam serdecznie! Mieszkanie czyste, przestronne, dobrze umeblowane - było wszystko czego potrzebowałyśmy. To co było dużym plusem to lokalizacja mieszkani, tylko 5min pieszo na plażę!

October 2023Our experience was probably unusual as we were at this location for a month and at the end of the summer season. The apartment was fine, although there was a strong, unpleasant smell upon arriving. Nikola was quick to send his housekeeper to address the issue, which she did by using lots of strong air fresheners. The smell never fully went away but keeping the windows opened helped to reduce it over time. We did not use the pool much as it is completely in the shade by mid afternoon and quite cold. If you want to cook you must go into town to get groceries which is about a 30 minute bus ride. The area is VERY hilly and there are no good sidewalks along the road, so be careful walking to the beach or other shops and restaurants. If you have a car and are visiting for a short time then it is a great location. For us it was a bit of a hassle as we were only on foot, but you are very close to the beach and we eventually found some good restaurants nearby.
