Какво казват гостите ни?
Отличное жилье, хозяин всегда на связи. Сосны, рядом супермаркеты, автобусная остановка. Охраняемая территория. Приветливые охранники. Дикий пляж в 10 минутах ходьбы, центральный пляж - 4 остановки на транспорте. Легко добираться. Шикарный Приморский пляж в 5 минутах ходьбы! Обязательно вернемся еще!!! Спасибо за прекрасный отдых и настроение))))
The apartment is beautifully furnished, peaceful, and located in a serene, green area - ideal for a relaxing getaway. It’s situated in a new, safe building, and the photos accurately reflect the space. The setting felt very private and calm, and it’s conveniently just a 5-minute drive to the beach. There are a few things to be mindful of. Being on the ground floor and near a park, the apartment is close to nature - which adds to the charm, but occasionally meant a few bugs made their way inside. There were also some signs of mold in certain areas, which might be worth addressing. As for parking, there isn’t a dedicated spot, and street parking in the neighborhood can be a bit challenging. Overall, I truly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and thoughtful setup. With a few small improvements, this place could be even more exceptional. Many thanks to the host for a pleasant stay!

Good apartment in good location; excellent hosts.
Нам очень понравилась ваша квартира, в ней очень тёплая и уютная атмосфера. А балкон в соснах - просто наслаждение!!! Правда нам пришлось убирать, когда мы приехали, квартира была не прибрана, пол грязный и мы ночью быстренько помыли полы и легли спать. Ребята очень отзывчивые и любые вопросы решались быстро и помогали, за что огромное спасибо! С удовольствием приедем еще к вам!

It is nice and close to the city beach. If you rent a car, you can reach other beaches close to the Balchik, Lagoon camping, and by bus No. 409 you can reach Golden Sands Resor.
Desi&Sunny's place is the right place if you want peace and privacy, it's located in a residential complex with trees and benches where you can sit in the evening. Nearby there are a place with good coffee, a couple of groceries stores and some sort of a park with lots of stairs where you can exercise. Overall we felt good there.

We appreciated the flexible check in and the welcome bottle of wine :) We found the apartment clean and scented ( except for the balcony and fridge which weren't cleaned). Most of the furniture looked brand new ( and exactly as the pictures show) - just the kitchen chairs were a bit shaky and unstable. On the other hand, the bed and pillows were perfect, we had more than enough bathroom amenities and towels :) I loved the cute little Nespresso machine with stock of capsules enough for the length of our stay. Thank you so much! All in all, we had a nice stay in the peace and quiet of the pine trees and I would definitely recommend this property and would happily come back again!
