What do our guests say?
The apartment was very clean and close to everything—the beach, shops, and the city center. The elevator is a plus, especially with luggage. The welcome was great. The only downside for me was the complicated check-in process. Once you’ve booked, you have to click a link to a form—which was in Bulgarian—that you have to fill out with your email, name, passport number, etc., and once it’s submitted, you receive instructions on how to access the apartment, but only 10 minutes before the scheduled check-in time. And if you arrive early or leave a little later, it’s not possible. And the problem is that after filling out the form, I didn’t receive an email with the instructions, such as the code for the key box. I had to resubmit my request via an Airbnb message. All this extra paperwork and inflexibility doesn’t make check-in and check-out any easier. But other than that, I had a great stay
