Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. General Provisions
- 1.1. This policy governs the conditions for cancelling reservations and refunding paid amounts when using the BookLazy Reservations platform.
- 1.2. By making a reservation, the customer agrees to these terms.
- 1.3. Check-in date and time: the date and exact time of check-in are specified in the reservation confirmation. All deadlines and penalties below are calculated relative to that moment and by the property's local time. If no time is specified in the reservation, the property's standard check-in time applies.
2. Overnight and Short Stays
- 2.1. For cancellations up to 5 days before the check-in date/time, the value of one night is withheld.
- 2.2. For cancellations up to 24 hours before the check-in date/time, the full accommodation amount is withheld.
- 2.3. In case of no-show, the paid amount is non-refundable.
3. Package Services and Special Offers
- 3.1. Cancellation terms for package services are indicated in the description of the specific package.
- 3.2. If no individual terms are provided, the general rule applies: free cancellation up to 72 hours before the start; for later cancellations, actual incurred costs are withheld.
- 3.3. When the package includes reservations with partner hotels, restaurants or transport services, the cancellation terms of the respective partners also apply.
4. Monthly Stays
- 4.1. The minimum stay for monthly stays is one calendar month.
- 4.2. A deposit of at least one month's rent is required when booking a monthly stay.
- 4.3. The deposit is fully refunded after departure if there are no damages, unpaid obligations or other violations of the house rules.
5. Termination by the Provider
5.1. The Provider may terminate the stay early and require the property to be vacated if:
- The guest does not comply with the property's rules;
- there are justified complaints from neighbors or residents;
- a report of illegal activity is filed.
5.2. In such cases, the remaining amount for the unused stay is not refunded.
6. Services Provided by Partners
- 6.1. For reservations made with partner hotels or tourist venues, their own cancellation and refund terms apply.
- 6.2. In case of a conflict, the stricter rule applies.
7. How to Request a Refund
- 7.1. Submit your request in writing to office@booklazy.org, including reservation details and the grounds for the request.
- 7.2. Each request is reviewed within up to 5 business days.
8. Method and Deadline for Refunds
- 8.1. Approved amounts are refunded via the same payment method used for the reservation, or another method mutually agreed by the parties.
- 8.2. The refund period is up to 10 business days from the approval date.
9. Force Majeure
9.1. If fulfilling the reservation becomes impossible due to force majeure (natural disasters, emergencies, legal prohibitions), the customer is entitled to a refund or a voucher for future use, at the platform's discretion.
