Very nice apartment, perfect for shopping as there are 3 malls really close by and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The balcony was really big and private, overall had a great time. Downside is the cleaning fee as we found cobwebs in the shower and some old stains. But it was almost nothing overall it’s very clean. I would definitely book again!

Дуже гарне та чисте помешкання. Багато простору, дуже гарні меблі, особливо диван))) Трохи засмутила окрема плата за прибирання після виїзду.

We had an amazing stay here. The apartment was very clean, well organized and had a lot of useful things like dishwasher, iron, washer/dryer and AC in each room. The balcony outside is quite big and would be great for entertainment, there is a shopping mall, pizza restaurant, bakery, small corner store and a playground. We appreciated the extra security with the property being fenced in and there being a security guard and dedicated parking spots for each apartment. our kids loved the little playground downstairs and the giant tree one inside the mall across the street. We found that the host was very fast to respond, friendly and polite and gave excellent recommendations. They even left us a complimentary bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We would definitely stay at this property again and can highly recommend it. Excellent location outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown and much more convenient if you are with a car.

new flat in a gated community. good vibes and awesome terrace. 10 minutes to city center. quiet. no bad surprises. will book again when I'm in Varna.

Wir waren ca. 10 Tage dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist toll (ruhige Lage), ein highlight ist die Dachterrasse! Die Gastgeberinnen waren bei allen Fragen sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Am besten ein Auto mieten um die schönen Strände einfach zu erreichen... Wir wären gerne wieder gekommen, leider dürfen Haustiere nicht mehr mitgenommen werden (sehr schade!!!). Von uns gibt es 5 ⭐️
