Wonderful studio with a panoramic view of all of old Balchik and the marina. Big balcony overlooking the bay, for your morning coffees or dinners, and the location in Marina City is perfect as you’re right on the promenade with bars, restaurants, and beaches all within minutes walking. Great place for couples, perfect for a romantic seaside getaway.
Our stay here was extremely relaxing. The entire interior design has been thoughtfully planned with great attention to detail, the cleanliness is exemplary, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. Even though the apartment has a direct view of the promenade, it is surprisingly quiet. The sea view is undoubtedly the apartment’s greatest asset, and the fact that we were lucky enough to enjoy a stunning full moon made the experience even more special. Unfortunately, the complex’s swimming pool was closed, but that did not stop us from enjoying various activities and spending time at the beach, which is just a few steps away from the property.

A perfect little seaside escape in Balchik This cozy one‑bedroom apartment is an absolute gem! The space is beautifully decorated, very clean, and really comfortable for two people. The private bathroom is modern and well‑equipped, and the balcony is surprisingly spacious – it’s the best place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine while soaking in the sea view. The location is perfect: just a short walk from the beach and the charming center of Balchik, with cafes and restaurants nearby. We felt relaxed from the moment we arrived and would happily come back anytime. Highly recommended for a romantic and stylish getaway by the sea!

A very good place to stay for a few days in Balchik if you want to relax or work remotely. Just a few meters away there's a small but clean beach, and you also have access inside the residential complex to a swimming pool facing the sea. The apartment has a sea view and is very welcoming.
